My mission is to empower people to continously create experiences that educate, inform, and inspire us to preserve the natural movement systems on which all life depends.
One on one sessions tailored to the individual’s specific goals. We mix in unconventional movement methods to sculpt the body in different ways.
We combine outdoor nature hikes with various aspects of fitness. Great for beginners looking to try something new and fun.
Group fitness instructor at athletic establishments such as Primetime Athletic Club, B Street Boxing, and the Yoga Health Center.
